Back in the day the shopping mall was the place to be! You had the arcade, the food court and the movie theatre all in 1 convenient place. Parents would drop the kids of and go shopping for hours. In between all the fun was every retail store you could dream of. From the coolest store in the mall Spencer’s to waste time in, Dillard’s for the latest fashions, J.C. Penny’s for the great prices and Hot Topic for the cool kids.

Although we may have many great memories of what the mall used to be, unfortunately that’s all they really are now is just…….memories.

Shopping’s not the same as it used to be and brick and mortar retails definitely struggling to stay alive. Malls are closing down being replaced by shopping centers and discount stores. Big brands are going out of business and Amazon an online giant is the number one retailer in the world doing all their business online amassing an over 1 trillion dollar valuation during the pandemic..
